The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build a field sales and partnerships function, owning non-paid growth channels and leading a regional team while personally proving new markets.
What you'll do
- Define territories, targets, team structure, and a repeatable field sales playbook.
- Build referral relationships with medical practices, health systems, schools, and community partners.
- Coach and scale a regional sales team against measurable goals.
- Launch and test new markets and partnership channels personally.
- Create pipeline reporting and forecasting and coordinate with clinical and operations teams.
- Represent the business at conferences, community events, and provider meetings.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4 to 7 years in sales, growth, or go-to-market roles with hands-on execution.
- Experience building or scaling a sales-driven channel from an early stage.
- Direct outbound sales, partner acquisition, and quota ownership experience.
- Ability to coach a team while independently testing new channels.
- Strong reporting, forecasting, and relationship-building skills.
Bonus points
- Healthcare or pediatric practice sales experience.
- Startup experience or a consulting or finance background followed by operating roles.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 170,000 to 220,000 per year.
- Equity: Stock options are included, with terms discussed during the offer process.
Location and work model
- Daily onsite work in New York. Candidates may be local or willing to relocate; field meetings and conferences are part of the role.
- The source requires existing U.S. work authorization without sponsorship and specifies U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
