Founding Marketer at Silna

In healthcare, trust isn't just important—it's everything. We're looking for our first Product Marketing leader to help establish Silna as the most trusted name in healthcare insurance workflows. Having achieved product-market fit and secured Series A funding, we need a strategic product marketer who understands the delicate balance between healthcare operations and practice success. You'll craft compelling narratives that demonstrate how Silna empowers medical practices to focus on patient care by simplifying their insurance and billing workflows. This role goes beyond traditional product marketing—you'll be instrumental in building a brand that healthcare professionals trust to handle their critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice-Focused Narrative: Create positioning and messaging that resonates with healthcare providers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their administrative challenges and insurance workflow complexities.

  • Trust Building: Develop content that showcases our expertise in healthcare operations, insurance workflows, and practice efficiency—establishing Silna as a reliable partner in practice success.

  • ROI Storytelling: Craft compelling case studies and success metrics that clearly demonstrate the financial and operational impact of streamlining insurance workflows.

  • Stakeholder Understanding: Map and deeply understand the diverse decision-makers in medical practices—from office managers and billing staff to practice administrators and physician owners.

  • Sales Enablement Excellence: Create sophisticated sales materials that help our team address common practice pain points, demonstrate ROI, and build credibility with healthcare providers.

  • Operational Expertise: Partner with our product team to translate complex insurance workflows and operational improvements into clear, compelling benefits for medical practices.

  • Curate our Physical Presence: Coordinate and refine our company participation at industry conferences and events, including booth strategy and content, developing presentation materials and talking points for speaking engagements

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software or SaaS companies

  • Track record of successfully launching products and driving customer adoption

  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder management

  • Exceptional ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions

  • Experience creating effective sales enablement materials and go-to-market strategies

  • Proven ability to build compelling narratives that establish trust and credibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in building product marketing functions from scratch at high-growth companies

  • Experience working in regulated industries where trust and credibility are paramount

  • History of marketing complex workflow solutions to business users

  • Track record of successful product launches in competitive markets

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:

  • Excellence in translating complex solutions into clear customer benefits

  • Strong understanding of B2B decision-making processes

  • Data-driven approach to measuring impact and success

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience being an early product marketing hire at a high-growth startup

  • You relish the opportunity to take on a new challenge

  • You persevere and never give up no matter the situation or likelihood of failure

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills

About Silna

Healthcare is obsessed with optimizing a broken system. We're making sure it never breaks.

Silna Health attacks the root cause of denied claims: the fragmented, incompatible systems that govern prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and benefit checks, turning workflows that used to take days into decisions made in minutes, before care is ever delivered.

We work across behavioral health, physical health, ambulatory care, and post-acute care, where administrative failure doesn't just cost money; it can delay or deny patient access entirely. We're backed by Accel and Bain Capital Ventures, and we're building fast.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing tech company

  • Rare opportunity to shape and define an entirely new market category

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • Collaborative and innovative work environment

  • 401(k)

  • Unlimited PTO
