Why you should join us

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their products. We’re building a modern commercial engine that gives pharmaceutical marketers control over their entire content supply chain

Some reasons for why you should join us are:

Rapid growth
Over the past year, we’ve partnered with top life sciences manufacturers and now support dozens of pharma brands across multiple Top 10 Pharma Companies. You’ll be building for real customers with real scale.

Frontiers of technology
We’re operating at the cutting edge of AI-driven product development. Our platform is live with customers, and we’re aggressively evolving the system using LLMs, new AI frameworks, and modern product architectures. You’ll ship quickly, learn faster, and influence foundational technical decisions.

Top-tier investors

We’ve raised $3.5mm+ from investors like Twelve Below, Virtue and the founders of Datavant, Commure, and Paradigm to supercharge our growth and build an elite team of engineers and operators.

A blank canvas to shape the product
We’re still early. This is a rare chance to help define the core product experience, system architecture, and engineering culture of a category-defining platform before it scales.

About the Role

Solstice is building the industry’s leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our founding team and help design, build, and scale the core product experience end to end.

This role is ideal for someone who loves owning product problems and thrives at the intersection of engineering, UX, and product strategy. You’ll work closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris, as well as design, AI, and backend engineers, to shape Solstice as we grow.
