The Role:

As the founding member of our Product team, you will be the driving force behind our product's evolution. Your core mission is to take our MVP, identify critical gaps, and scale it into a delightful, enterprise-ready platform that our users love. You will translate the founders' high-level vision into a tactical, actionable roadmap. This is a hands-on role for a builder who is excited to establish the product function at a rapidly growing startup and fundamentally shape the future of legal services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering (PRDs, user stories) to sprint planning, launch, and iteration.

  • Set the roadmap: Translate the company vision into a concrete product roadmap, prioritizing features and investments to scale our platform and drive user efficiency.

  • Be the User’s voice: Become the voice of the customer by conducting deep discovery with our external users and internal legal experts to uncover critical pain points and opportunities.

  • Execute with speed: Collaborate closely with the founders on strategy and with engineering to ensure we are building the right solutions with speed and quality.

  • Measure & learn: Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of our product, ensuring we are creating a delightful and impactful user experience.

  • Champion velocity: Champion a pragmatic, high-velocity approach to user feedback, prioritizing direct discovery and rapid iteration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of scaling B2B SaaS products from an early stage to an enterprise-ready offering.

  • Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and have proven success in early-stage startup environments (Seed to Series B)

  • Technical Acumen: You are comfortable working on complex, technical products. Direct experience with AI/ML, data infrastructure, or developer tools is a strong plus

  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You have a bias for action and are skilled at making smart trade-offs to get things done without a large team or unlimited resources.

  • Analytical Mindset: You use data and qualitative insights to make strong, well-reasoned decisions and guide product direction

  • AI Enthusiasm: You are genuinely excited about the potential of AI to automate complex professional workflows and are eager to build at the forefront of this technology.

  • Ownership: You are driven to take full responsibility for projects from ideation through execution and are accountable for the outcomes

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong, hands-on experience in product management for AI/ML-powered products

  • Previous experience in legal tech or other regulated industries

  • A background that includes working at multiple startups, seeing a product evolve from early stage to scale

Pursuant to New York Labor Law Section 194-b, US Pay Range is $180,000 - $220,000 which represents the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
