About Us

Lyv is the infrastructure powering the next generation of wellness businesses.

We're building a platform that enables wellness providers (medspas, health coaches, and wellness centers) to offer clinical services they currently can't provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides – supervised by a clinical team. Think Shopify for wellness businesses. Think what Epic was to hospitals (but way better).

Founded by Harvard Business School MBAs with prior experience as founders in technology and clinical operations, Lyv is backed by top venture capital firms and is building at a rapid pace.

We're a seed-stage company with founding-team energy, real momentum, andone of the strongest tailwinds in healthtechright now: FDA peptide approval in July 2026, GLP-1s going mainstream, the longevity movement, AI-personalized protocols.

We're still early, which means every hire matters. This is a chance to join at the ground floor, work directly with the founders, and accelerate your career by being part of a fast-growing startup.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Product Manager with strong technical chops and AI fluency to drive product execution at Lyv.

You'll work directly with our CEO, COO, and CTO — giving you a front-row seat to building a high-growth startup. You work alongside the founders to set the product vision and roadmap, and make sure we ship the right things, well, and fast.

This role requires:

  1. Real technical depth. You'll scope engineering work, write specs developers can build from, and make technical trade-off calls.
  2. AI fluency. You'll use AI tools throughout your workflow.

You'll provide input on prioritization, talk to customers regularly to understand what's working and what's not, scope projects with technical rigor, write PRDs that engineers and AI agents can build from, and run sprints to keep the team moving.

This is a high-ownership role. If you thrive in environments where you can execute against a clear vision, shape how things get built, and use every tool available to move faster, this is for you.

If you're looking for a structured PM role at a mature company, this isn't it.

What You'll Do
  • Drive product execution against the founder-set roadmap, ensuring we ship the right things at the right pace
  • Scope projects with technical depth, understanding architecture, dependencies, and engineering trade-offs
  • Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and technical specs that give engineering what they need to build, leveraging AI to accelerate drafting, edge-case analysis, and review
  • Shape how AI shows up in our product, partnering with engineering on workflows and automation features that define what Lyv becomes
  • Use AI in your own workflow for research, customer call synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, mockups, data exploration, customer demos, and anything else that compounds your output
  • Partner with our CTO on technical decisions and have hard conversations about scope, architecture, and feasibility
  • Talk to customers (wellness operators, end consumers, clinicians) regularly to gather insights and feed them back into product decisions
  • Run sprints, leading planning, standups, and retros to keep the team moving
  • Collaborate closely with our design team on UX and product flow
  • Coordinate across stakeholders (clinical ops, sales, partnerships) to align product priorities with business needs
  • Define and track product metrics to measure what's working

This is a hybrid role working 3 days/week at our office in NYC and the rest remote.

RequirementsWho You Are
  • 3-5 years of product management experience at a high-growth startup, ideally tech, B2B SaaS or healthtech
  • AI-native. You use AI tools daily, you've experimented with the major models, you know what they're good at and where they break. You don't see AI as a buzzword, you see it as leverage.
  • Technical background required. CS degree, prior engineering experience, or equivalent technical depth. You can read code, understand system design, and scope engineering work accurately.
  • Comfortable in technical conversations. You can debate architecture trade-offs with engineers and push back when something is over- or under-scoped.
  • Execution-focused. You're energized by shipping, not by debating strategy in the abstract.
  • Entrepreneurial. You spot opportunities, scope solutions, and drive things to completion without being told.
  • Fast and pragmatic. Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, shipping MVPs, and iterating.
  • Strong communicator. You can translate between engineering, design, and business stakeholders cleanly.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage means priorities shift and you'll be building the process while running it.
  • Healthcare or wellness experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $150-175K, depending on experience
  • Equity: Meaningful founding-team equity
  • Health benefits 100% covered: Medical, dental, and vision
  • Commuter benefits
  • One Medical membership
  • Peloton digital membership
  • Learning and development budget
  • $150 monthly reimbursement for Lyv products
Why This Role Is Special

This is a founding team seat at a seed-stage company with a real wedge into a growing market, and the resources to scale fast.

  • Founding team role: You’ll be one of the first ten employees.

  • Uncapped upside: You will have equity to participate in the upside as we grow.
  • Massive impact: Your work will directly drive company growth and expand what we can offer customers.
  • Meaningful mission: Help bring better health and wellness services to more people.

If you’re someone who wants a front-row seat to building a company from the ground up, this is an incredible opportunity to do it.

Lyv is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that diverse teams make better decisions, build better products, and create stronger companies.
