About Sellible
Sellible makes every sales rep a superstar. Reps role-play real sales conversations with AI buyers that mirror their real customers and receive instant coaching.
They practice skills like discovery, pricing and objection handling, using frameworks like SPIN, MEDDPICC, and more, in a judgment-free space, get scored, and ramp up to 65% faster before they ever touch a live deal. Think flight simulator for sales teams.
Sales leaders get a clear view of how the team is performing and where the gaps are, along with a clear path to help their teams succeed.
We sell into the industries where rep quality actually moves revenue: financial services and lending, medical device, and enterprise SaaS. We're trusted by sales teams at enterprise and mid-market companies, and we're backed by customer revenue, FN Fund, and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA).
Who we are
We're sellers building for sellers. We've carried the bag, made the calls, and felt the pain points we're now solving, so we know firsthand how hard it is to build something from the ground up in a crowded space.
A word on who you'd be working with directly: I've built AI systems at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, led engineering at a fintech startup where I led the development of a matching engine that processed over $4.5 trillion in volume and got acquired, and founded a consumer app that grew to a quarter million users and was named a Best App by Google. I've sold to mid-market and enterprise customers and understand the sales motions and cycles. I've done the founder-led selling myself to get Sellible here, so I know exactly what I'm asking you to do and I can actually coach you on it.
A big reason I built Sellible: I kept seeing younger people come into the workforce without the opportunities or the repetitions they need to succeed, and without the confidence that comes from them. Sellible gives people a judgment-free, risk-free place to build that confidence and get better. In a world where everyone is becoming a builder, our aim is to help people learn how to sell better.
The role
I'll be straight with you: this is going to be challenging. You'll have to figure a few things out on your own. It's a lot of hard work, and it's going to be rewarding.
You'll build on the work I've already done. You are not starting from scratch. There's a proven motion, real proof points, and a market that's buying. But when we push into new verticals, you might be the one breaking ground, and that's part of the fun.
You'll also have the chance to grow fast into customer-facing and closing roles if that's the direction you want, which means a bigger piece of the pie. And you'll be selling to sales leaders, which is a real advantage: you're a seller talking to fellow sellers, so it should feel natural.
If you work hard, like to figure shit out, and want a front-row seat building something awesome from the early days, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Run high-volume outbound: a lot of cold calls and LinkedIn outreach. We don't believe in spamming buyers with email sequences, but if that's something you've tried and tested, I won't hold you back
- Book qualified discovery meetings and build the pipeline that turns into customers
- Qualify hard, and disqualify harder. You know what good disqualification looks like. A bad fit is worse than a weak pipeline
- Own your pipeline in the CRM with clean records and honest reporting
- Research accounts, find the right contacts, and personalize outreach that gets replies
- Bring market signal back to me: what objections you're hearing, what's landing, what's dead
What you need
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (ideally 3+, SDR/BDR or equivalent) with real cold-calling reps. You've picked up the phone, feel confident, and done this before
- An energetic phone presence and real resilience. Every no on a call is a signal for you to understand the ICP better and refine your pitch as needed
- Strong, clear written and verbal communication. You can hold a credible conversation with a director or VP
- The drive to run your own day, hit your numbers, and solve problems without being managed minute to minute
- Coachability. You take feedback well, apply it fast, and get better week over week. This matters more to us than polish
- Comfort with sales tooling: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialers
- A self-starter's sense of urgency. You move fast, you compete with yourself, you want to win
Nice to have
- Experience selling into multi-stakeholder environments, like financial services and medtech
- Experience selling to senior sales leaders
- Time at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- You've been an early sales hire somewhere before
Compensation
- Base: $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
- OTE: $95,000 to $120,000, uncapped with accelerators for overperformance, with variable tied to qualified meetings held
- Equity: meaningful founding-team equity grant
- Location: NYC (Hybrid WFH)
This role requires US work authorization. We're unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

How to apply
Apply via the link. If I like what I see, I'll send you a quick email. We'll chat for 20 to 30 minutes, you'll use Sellible and run a live role-play, and I'll let you know within a week. If we both like each other, you start in 1 to 2 weeks.
