The team is ex-DeepMind, ex-Databricks, and ex-Stanford. We launched the first Gemini API, designed Google Lens, post-trained state-of-the-art coding models, started companies that have been acquired, and been awarded more than 25 patents.
Rehearsals is the only company that builds AI twins of real people. Companies use our technology to predict consumer behavior and reactions at scale, in hours instead of months, with 92% accuracy to what real people would do.
We are backed by a16z (Speedrun Fund), Factorial Fund, and 25madison, along with angel investors from DeepMind and OpenAI including Logan Kilpatrick. Revenue is growing 3x month over month. We work with category leaders across CPG, luxury goods, consumer technology, and gaming.
The title is the job. Ask what you do, and the answer is one word. Sales.
We are growing fast and we need someone who can close. You own the full sales cycle into the biggest consumer brands in the world, from first outreach to signed contract. You carry a number, you build your own pipeline, and you hit it.
This is a hunter's seat. The product wins the room once people see it. Your job is to get them in the room, build the case, and close.
- Close. Own the full cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, pitch, negotiation, signature. You are accountable for pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue.
- Build your own pipeline. Run sharp, high-conviction outbound into the brands we want to win. You do not wait for inbound. You go get it.
- Sell to the top. Get in front of CMOs, heads of insights, and senior executives at household name brands, and turn a first conversation into a signed deal.
- Sell outcomes. Connect what Rehearsals does to what the buyer actually cares about. Build the ROI case and make it land with a skeptical executive.
- Run complex deals. Multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded enterprise cycles. Navigate the org, manage every thread, and keep the deal moving.
- Build the playbook. You are early. What you learn in the field becomes how we sell. Bring back the objections, the pricing signal, and the plays that work.
- A closer with the numbers to prove it. You have consistently hit and beaten quota, and you can walk through exactly how.
- Likely 5+ years selling into enterprise accounts, ideally a technical or new-category product. Founding or first-on-the-ground sales experience is a strong plus.
- You build a pipeline from nothing. High-conviction outbound is second nature, not a fallback.
- You sell outcomes, not features, and you can hold a room of executives.
- Comfortable selling something new. You can educate a buyer on a category before you convince them to buy.
- Fast, hungry, and accountable in a 0 to 1 environment. You do not wait to be told what to do.
- We value in-person highly. You are either in our New York City office or out traveling to a customer.
- Experience selling into CPG, luxury, retail, consumer technology, or gaming brands.
- A background selling AI, data, research, or analytics products.
- Experience selling through consulting or channel partners.
- Early-stage startup experience.
- Highly competitive pay and equity
- Whatever computer you need
- All travel covered
- Top-tier healthcare, dental, and vision
- $1,000/month for food and a gym membership
- Relocation if you are moving to New York
We are not a 40-hour-a-week company. Everyone here works hard, moves fast, and takes full ownership. We care deeply about what we are building and about building it together.
Base pay is $110,000 to $140,000. Commission is uncapped, and the role includes equity. The base is lean by design and the upside is not. We built this plan to be the best in the category for closers who deliver. Annual contract value is minimum six figures.
Want to stand out? Go to rehearsalsresearch.com and go through one of our interviews before we talk. It is the fastest way to feel how we turn real people into twins. Come tell us what you thought.
Rehearsals is an equal opportunity workplace. We welcome applicants of every background and identity, and we want a team where people can do their best and most authentic work.
