About the Team
We are looking for a true builder—a “Founding Engineer” at heart—to join a new internal startup incubating inside monday.com. We are building an autonomous sales platform powered by AI agents, and we need someone who can build the entire vehicle while we drive it.

- Builder DNA: You have a history of building web products from 0 to 1 (side projects, previous startups, or leading new initiatives).
- Fullstack Mastery: 4+ years of experience in modern web development. You are comfortable with React/TypeScript on the frontend and modern server-side languages on the backend.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: You are comfortable handling the “plumbing.” You can spin up servers, manage databases, and set up CI/CD pipelines.
- Speed & Quality: You know when to write “quick” code to test a hypothesis and when to build scalable architecture.
- Product Sense: You understand business goals and can actively contribute to product strategy and UI/UX decisions.
