Founding Software Engineer (Full-stack)

We've created automated stakeholder maps that help reps proactively multithread across departments, use conversation insights to say the right thing, and run pipeline reviews in minutes. We expedite the account planning process ahead of conversations to qualify deals in half the time and improve win rates by up to 56%.

As a founding engineer, you’ll help build the core of Centralize’ product across the stack. We’re on track to build a multi-billion dollar GTM company that will change the way people sell forever. You will…

• Completely own features end-to-end & work directly with the founders to scope out the problem space.
• Build high-quality, durable integrations with various software apps.
• Build beautiful frontend components & scalable backend systems at lightning speed.
• Make complex LLM pipelines work at near-perfect accuracy.
• Iterate rapidly with customers to address their requests & help shape the engineering roadmap.
• Build fast.
  

• Have strong English communication skills in speaking & writing.
• Love working in a hyper-paced environment with intense deadlines (our customers love us and expect a lot!)
• Are an expert in building complex frontend & backend systems (React, NextJS, background jobs, DB architecture, etc)
• Can rapidly learn new technologies.
• Are able to take undefined product thinking & independently scope + execute large features optimizing for speed with attention to scale.
• Have a history of building large, impressive products either at a past company or on their own
• Have an extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail.
• Care a ton about user success and satisfaction.
• Are kind, humble, and a great team player.
  

• Previously worked in the GTM tooling space (sales, customer success, etc) or have familiarity with similar tools.
• Previously been a founder or founding engineer.
• Built something awesome on the side (send us the most impressive piece of software you’ve built!)
• Super brownie points: Have experienced at least 1 sales call (sat in or ran one)

We run on a React & NextJS stack. We work on everything — product & design for beautiful UX, optimizing large frontend datasets, advanced RAG, minimizing hallucinations, and multi-source data ingestion.
