ABOUT

We're building the AI-native ERP that will define private markets infrastructure. This isn't an AI wrapper slapped onto legacy software - we built a proprietary general ledger accounting system from the ground up, designed specifically for complex investment firms. As the system of record, we've earned the trust to bundle fund administration with tools that were previously fragmented: investor portals, AI-powered portfolio management, KPI collection, and more.

With AI, context is king. And Hanover Park has all the context on our customers.

In under a year, we've scaled to over $10 billion in assets under administration, serving investment firms and LPs that include top-5 banks and major endowments.

Stripe for payments. Ramp for expenses. Hanover Park for investments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hanover Park's #1 bottleneck to scaling is recruiting more world-class engineers.

We are building an engineering-first culture with existing team members that include the #2 oxc contributor, a Team USA drone racer and a harvard dropout that built his own quant trading platform.

You would be a critical foundational person that would set our recruiting strategy, source top talent and help Hanover Park become the next place that incredible people curious about fintech flock to.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, from intake through offer close

  • Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and success criteria

  • Design and execute scalable recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent

  • Own talent mapping, referrals, market research, and pipeline development

  • Manage and optimize pipelines, ensuring data integrity and delivering clear, data-driven updates

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and historical data to inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes

  • Lead offer strategy, negotiations, and candidate closing while aligning motivations with Hanover Park's value proposition
