We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Associate to join our Finance team. This role will provide critical support across financial planning & analysis, liquidity management, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to both day-to-day reporting and long-term strategic initiatives.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financials, close processes, and materials for board meetings
  • Conduct financial analyses for new business initiatives, including music, consumer products, publishing, and AAA24
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and monetization levers
  • Demand planning for A24’s consumer products and publishing business
  • Develop tools and databases to centralize key product metrics (COGS, units printed, reprints, margins, etc.)
  • Partner with Finance leadership to monitor cash flow, capital needs, and funding strategies
  • Contribute to broader finance initiatives, including, liquidity forecasting, monthly and quarterly bank reporting and M&A diligence and analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with liquidity management, debt covenants, or M&A transaction support.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools and ERP systems.

Our target salary range for this role is between $100,000 to $120,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
