Who We’re Looking For

    Arootah is seeking experienced Chief Compliance Officers and senior compliance leaders to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
     
    As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives.

Core Areas of Expertise

    • Designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs for alternative investment firms
    • Advising on SEC regulations, regulatory reporting, marketing rules, and governance best practices
    • Conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal policy evaluations
    • Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and institutional due diligence processes
    • Partnering with leadership teams to strengthen governance and operational controls
    • Managing compliance infrastructure, service providers, and ongoing monitoring frameworks

What You Bring

    • Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or equivalent senior compliance leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
    • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within alternative investments
    • Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
