Freelance copywriter responsible for creating persuasive e-commerce product descriptions, wholesale copy, digital marketing content, and blog posts. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency and support marketing strategies. The position is approximately 30 hours per week, with onsite availability in Manhattan 3–4 days monthly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Copywriter to work with our dynamic Marketing team at BaubleBar. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to craft compelling copy for product descriptions, digital marketing campaigns, and blog posts.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for e-commerce product descriptions and wholesale following our content and copywriting guidelines
- Support to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing strategies
- Availability to come onsite to our Manhattan office 3-4 days per month
- Freelance position will be approximately 30 hours/week. Hours to fall between 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST for collaboration with team
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for copywriting, such as natural language generation platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must submit a link or attachment including any relevant copywriting work and/or a portfolio
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Starting hourly range for this role is $50.00-$60.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
