This freelance Designer (Mid to Senior Level) will have:
- Lots of social media project experience, and in their portfolio
- Strong typography treatments and hierarchy
- Ability to generate elevated, premium looking visuals either from scratch or using existing assets and giving them new life
- Experience in luxury consumer goods space is a plus

Qualifications:
We’re looking for a Senior Designer (5+ years relevant experience) to join our Madison Square Park office. The Sr. Designer will report to the Creative Director and work with a team of designers, copywriters, and producers on new and current projects. We’re looking for a range of creative and design capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Having Paid Social Media experience is mandatory, creative testing/performance marketing experience is a big plus.
- Partnering with copywriters, artists, designers, editors, etc to routinely create innovative and highly polished concepts and visual executions that fit within a brand look, tone, and feel.
- Communicating concepts, visual designs, motion designs, and storyboards to our clients through detailed visual and verbal presentations.
- Inspiring a team of creatives, juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and working closely with clients.
- A love affair with design: We’re looking for someone who is just as obsessed as we are about beautiful typography, photography, and layout.
- An understanding of motion design and narrative. We don’t necessarily need you to animate but we would like someone who can think through animation that enhances (almost) every piece of creative we produce.
- Conceptual thinking: All ideas welcome. We want you to dream it up and get it made. We’re talking about everything from social-focused campaigns to TV spots.
- Grace after the 10th round: Some clients are easier than others. A big part of this job is being okay with client feedback and revisions.

Location: Hybrid - Tues-Thurs in our Madison Square Park office
