Freelance Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager (Immediate – End of March)
Location: NYC (hybrid preferred)
Timeline: ASAP through March 31

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Freelance Project Manager to support active client work from now through the end of March. This role will plug directly into ongoing projects and ensure timelines, scopes, and cross-functional coordination stay tightly managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams

• Build and maintain timelines, task tracking, and status documentation

• Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Client Services teams

• Manage scopes, track burn against budgets, and flag risks proactively

• Lead internal status meetings and ensure clear next steps and accountability

• Support client communications as needed

Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years experience in a creative agency or experiential environment

• Strong understanding of scoping, resourcing, and budget tracking

• Comfortable managing fast-paced, high-touch clients

• Experience with Airtable (or similar PM tools) preferred

• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and extremely organized
