The Front Desk Receptionist at Sean Haubert will act as the first point of contact for clients and guests. This critical role requires outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and exceptional organizational abilities. Being the face of our company, we are looking for a friendly, out-going individual who enjoys working in a team context, has a keen attention to detail, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. A successful candidate will be well-presented, possess excellent telephone ethics, and above all, have a sincere passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and welcome all guests professionally and warmly

  • Answer and efficiently direct incoming calls

  • Manage bookings, appointments, and reminders on the company's scheduling software

  • Support administrative tasks including copying, filing, and mail distribution

  • Assist in the execution of events, meetings, or company functions

  • Help team members with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma - Knowledge in Administration or related field is advantageous

  • Having a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Proficiency in using office software like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Availability during standard business hours; some weekends may be required
