Full Stack Developer

Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support full life cycle application development on various platforms for a state agency to enhance the quality of life for citizens. Developers will be building and maintaining systems that provide temporary assistance to eligible citizens. The hardware and software platforms include but are not limited to IBM, UNISYS mainframe, Microsoft Windows client servers, and SUN/UNIX. This team will enhance and maintain applications utilized throughout the agency enabling the delivery of timely services.

State agency has increased demand for full lifecycle application development across multiple computer platforms. This includes various client eligibility and recertification systems, employment and work engagement services, claims systems, and other critical programs. These applications require periodic refinements and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality

This initiative aims to develop an application that enables self-service functionality and ensures accurate electronic payments across platforms. Significant enhancements are required to achieve the envisioned process improvements and fully meet the original project objectives.

• Develop system design, documentation, and perform system coding.
  
• Create and build specifications for databases and software configurations by providing data access and permissions for different users.
  
• Perform coding and unit testing of all functionalities and workflows related to portals to ensure they meet all functional requirements.
  
• Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks, and security or network programs which will help in building golden records and maintaining landlord records.
  
• Design and maintain SSIS Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements within the Microsoft SQL Server environment for better data accessibility. This will help in pulling data from multiple tables and report generation.
  
• Generate complex customized reports using the Microsoft SSRS reporting tool to help us track existing applications, pending claims reports, etc.
  
• Develop nightly batch processes, including ETL processes, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports from the golden records to track new and ongoing requests.
  

·        Minimum 4 years’ experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript: Angular, .Net, and SQL.

·        Minimum 4 years’ experience with UI/UX design, responsive design, and authentication/authorization.

·        Minimum 4 years’ experience in API and mobile app development, DevOps, and deployments.

·        Minimum 4 years’ experience with Azure, AWS, version control, Git/GitHub/GitLab, and ADO.

·        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field.
