Lead planning and implementation of automation projects for state social service transportation benefits. Develop project plans, define scope and resources, track deliverables, report progress, manage changes, ensure QA metrics, and coordinate stakeholders, designers, developers, and engineers to deliver compliant features on schedule.

Support full lifecycle application development and QA for state agency systems. Elicit and document business and technical requirements, write user stories, develop test cases, coordinate QA and stakeholder acceptance, analyze current systems, recommend improvements, and produce management reporting.

Design, build, and maintain multi-platform applications for a state agency. Work includes front-end (HTML/CSS, Angular), back-end (.NET, SQL), database design, SSIS/ETL jobs, SSRS reporting, API/mobile development, DevOps and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), coding, testing, and documentation.

Develop and maintain full-lifecycle applications across mainframe and client-server platforms. Design solutions and documentation; build PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers and SQL on Oracle 12c; perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning; work with XML and object-oriented programming; develop .NET and LCAP code; create operational procedures, configurations, test and maintain program code, and support deployments.

Support full SDLC/STLC testing for multi-platform state agency applications. Create test cases and RTMs, execute integration and performance tests, coordinate defect triage and UAT, identify automation scenarios, manage QA activities, and provide reporting and postproduction verification.

Develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations across state social service systems. Design integration solutions and APIs, ensure accurate data flow and golden records, enable many-to-many account links, resolve integration issues, and support portal and historical account views using IBM middleware and related tools.
