Join our Futures and Derivatives Clearing business to enhance electronic trading and client onboarding processes globally.
We are seeking an Associate-level candidate to join our dynamic Futures and Derivatives Clearing business. This role offers the opportunity to work in the Execution Connectivity team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing electronic trading for Listed Derivatives across the globe.
Job summary:
As an Associate in the Execution Connectivity team within the Futures and Derivatives Clearing business, you will be at the forefront of electronic trading for Listed Derivatives globally. You will engage with our clients from origination to onboarding, providing execution consulting. Together with us, you will promote improvements and innovation in the client onboarding process, collaborating with technology teams, internal partners, Exchanges, Regulators, and clients. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Listed Derivatives space.
Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technology teams to set up clients for execution.
  • Work with clients, Risk & Limits teams to implement trading limits.
  • Troubleshoot client trade rejections.
  • Managing market data distribution.
  • Oversee trading system vendor management.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
  • Exercise good work ethics.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience and proficiency with electronic trading products such as platforms, FIX, and data networks.
  • Experience and proficiency in trading Listed Derivatives.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
