Our office is located in Brooklyn Heights, and we offer freelance and contractors the option to work from home or in office. We value in-person collaboration and connection but also understand the importance of offering the flexibility to work from home.

We are dedicated to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. As an equal-opportunity employer, we welcome differences in race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, and more. Conversations with FWD People

Because these are contract and freelance opportunities, our interview process is designed to be intentional and respectful of your time.
Typically, this looks like:
Intro Chat – A friendly conversation about your background, interests, and the types of work you enjoy most. What do you nerd out on? How does it relate to what we do at FWD?
Skill & Scenario Conversation – A practical, collaborative discussion where we might walk through a real-world example together. This helps us understand how you think, communicate, and approach problem-solving.
Team Touchpoint (as needed) – Sometimes we’ll introduce you to a couple of additional folks you may collaborate with, especially for longer-term engagements.
That’s it! No marathon interview loops, just thoughtful conversations so everyone can move forward with clarity and mutual understanding.

This posting is for contract and freelance opportunities at FWD People.
