  2. Food Safety:

    • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure freshness and safety.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cold storage and prep stations.
  3. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor the supply of ingredients for cold dishes and inform the kitchen manager of any shortages.
    • Properly label and store cold food items to maintain freshness.
  4. Team Collaboration:
