Team: Systematic Trading Strategies (STS) Solutions, Americas (within Global Markets)
Location: New York
The STS Solutions team designs and delivers systematic investment strategies across asset classes (equities, rates, FX, credit, commodities) for institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and RIAs. Strategies are typically packaged as investable indices.
The ideal candidate is:
- Entrepreneurial and commercial: can independently originate client conversations, identify needs, and pitch tailored solutions
- Technically strong: understands derivatives structuring, QIS product construction, risk premia, volatility strategies, and can speak credibly with quants and traders
- Cross-asset: comfortable across equity vol, macro, commodities; not siloed into one product
- Strong communicator: can present to CIOs, portfolio managers, and investment committees; can translate complex strategies into clear value propositions
VP or Director level, typically 5-10+ years of experience in QIS structuring, derivatives sales/solutions, or systematic strategy roles
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
