In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required. This opportunity is ideal for those who possess critical thinking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in communication. As a Generalist, you will be collaborating in a remote environment and providing valuable insights across a range of topics.


Requirements

Scope of Work

  1. Analyze, evaluate, and annotate a variety of data sets to support AI system training and validation.
  2. Deliver clear, high-quality written input and feedback based on project requirements.
  3. Participate in reviewing, refining, and improving model outputs to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  4. Engage in problem-solving tasks that require critical thinking and depth of understanding across multiple domains.
  5. Follow project guidelines and participate in quality assurance processes to consistently meet deliverable standards.
  6. Communicate findings and insights effectively through both written and verbal channels.
  7. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of contribution.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
  2. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  3. Proven ability to deliver precise, detail-oriented work in independent and collaborative settings.
  4. Experience with any type of data labeling or annotation projects (a plus, but not required).
  5. Comfort working in a fully remote, digital-first environment.
