We are seeking a highly skilled Global Executive Talent Lead to join our team at monday.com. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in driving our executive hiring efforts and mentoring hiring managers to effectively handle executive candidates. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in executive hiring while creating a robust echo system that generates executive hiring opportunities. As the Global Executive Talent Lead, you will spearhead the executive hiring initiatives at monday.com. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop cutting-edge executive recruitment strategies, mentor them on best practices for engaging and evaluating executive candidates, and establish a culture of excellence in executive hiring. This role is crucial in driving the growth and success of our organization. You must possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and nuances of executive hiring and leverage that knowledge to identify top-tier executive talent that aligns with our company's mission and vision.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to assess their executive hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

  • Drive the end-to-end executive hiring process, from sourcing and attracting outstanding executive candidates to negotiating and closing offers.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to upskill and mentor them on executive hiring, providing training and guidance to enable their success in attracting and evaluating executive candidates.

  • Foster strong relationships with executive candidates, nurturing them from initial contact through to hire, ensuring a stellar candidate experience.

  • Develop an effective network of executive search firms, professional networks, and industry experts, and leverage these connections to identify and engage with top-level executives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive intelligence in executive hiring, implementing best practices and innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on executive hiring matters, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our ability to attract top executive talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 7 years in-house, hands on executive recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior level executives

  • Deep understanding of the executive hiring landscape, including inbound and outbound strategies, executive search techniques, and leveraging professional networks.

  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for developing the capabilities of hiring managers to attract and evaluate executive candidates.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Global mindset and experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently, coupled with the capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and making strategic hires that positively impact our business.
