Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Your Future Team
The Global Demand Campaigns Team (GDC) orchestrates high-impact global campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline for Atlassian solutions. GDC focuses on persona-led frameworks, cross-portfolio alignment, piloting new tactics at scale, and enabling regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage macro and micro-segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
- Facilitate campaign success by building solid distribution strategies and execute on operational processes to launch, measure, and adjust campaigns.
- Use data and analytics to segment audiences, personalize experiences, and optimize funnel conversion.
- Develop and execute integrated global campaigns across email, in-product, web personalization, paid media, content syndication, and events.
- Expand distribution through paid channels and external partnerships; manage vendor relationships.
- Own awareness, adoption, and retention campaigns and closely partner with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging and execution across multiple channels (paid, organic, owned, web).
- Support the Product Marketing team with product launches and translate business goals into demand-generation strategies and execution plans.
- Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys and how to market and engage our key targets and personas successfully.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership.
- Drive tight alignment with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution and meet quarterly pipeline goals.
- Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
- Maintain operational processes including campaign ticketing, calendars, and post-mortems.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
- Proven experience planning and executing global, multi-channel campaigns.
- Understanding and experience working with high-touch sales and low-touch self-serve motions (emphasis on high-touch sales/Enterprise and Midmarket).
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise lead generation standard methodologies and industry trends, and self-serve funnel.
- A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Extraordinary program management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS/technology marketing.
- Familiarity with ABM and persona-based campaign frameworks.
- Experience adapting campaigns for international/regional audiences.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed work environment.
