As an Associate within the Execution Connectivity team in Futures and Derivatives Clearing, you will be responsible for all aspects of electronic trading for Listed Derivatives across the globe, administrating trading systems, configuring client connectivity, and ensuring seamless execution into global exchanges. You will engage clients from origination through onboarding, provide execution consulting, and drive process improvements and innovation. Working closely with technology teams, internal partners, Exchanges, Regulators, and clients, this role is both reactive and proactive, requiring you to assess and prioritize requests quickly and efficiently.


Job Responsibilities

  • Configure electronic trading systems, and client connectivity for Listed Derivatives execution across global exchanges
  • Partner with Sales, Technology, Risk, Clients, Exchanges and Vendors to onboard clients to execute
  • Reactively troubleshoot client trade rejections, working across teams to understand and resolve issues efficiently
  • Interface with Audit and Compliance to ensure Exchange and Regulator enquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Ensure Connectivity procedures are clearly documented and compliant with internal and external rules and regulations
  • Manage market data distribution and trading system vendor management
  • Deliver project-driven tasks with set deadlines while balancing day-to-day operational requests

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Sound work ethic with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience and proficiency with electronic trading products, including platforms, FIX protocols, and data networks
  • Experience and proficiency in trading Listed Derivatives
  • Additional language capability beyond English
