About the Role:
Micron is seeking a Global Executive Business Partner (GEBP) to support HBM and our growing Richardson, Texas site. In this role, the GEBP will partner with leadership teams as well as supporting functional leaders. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, translating business priorities into practical people solutions using data and AI, and helping leaders create an inclusive, effective, and engaging workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HBM Leader and Richardson site leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies, workforce plans, and talent actions.
  • Advise leaders and team members on HR policies, people processes, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, engagement, change management, performance, and team member experience.
  • Support leader and team member development through core people programs, coaching resources, performance education, talent discussions, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and engagement action planning.
  • Use workforce data, employee insights, and business context to assess engagement, culture, leadership capability, and organizational health; identify trends, risks, and practical action plans.
  • Connect site and leaders with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, People Services, Talent, Compensation, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions aligned to business and team member needs.
  • Help strengthen the Richardson site experience as the location continues to grow, including support for new hires, leader transitions, executive visits, All Team Meetings, listening sessions, ERGs, culture initiatives, site communications, and follow-up actions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Progressive experience in HR business partnership, site HR, employee relations, talent management, organizational efficiency, or an equivalent area within HR.
  • Experience collaborating with leaders in a matrixed, technical, manufacturing, engineering, or global environment.
  • Ability to use data, judgment, and business understanding to solve problems and influence decisions.
  • Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency using AI to improve workflows and work efficiency in daily and project/program-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience in progressive HR roles.
