The Role: The Global Executive Recruiting Lead is part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, and works collaboratively across all regions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our global executive recruitment and assessment processes. You'll put research, vendors and sourcing strategies in place to deliver excellent executive talent decision making. You'll report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition in our Chicago office. To foster continuous , collaboration, four days in the office per week is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Recruiting• Define and deliver consistent, high quality executive recruitment processes for both internal and external senior leadership role• Partner with executives across all of our businesses and global locations to advise on the best approach for each search• Direct sourcing and delivery of executive searches• Work with Total Rewards on executive compensation analyses and facilitate offers
Vendor management• Curate a portfolio of executive search firm partners who deliver high quality results and trusted partnership• Maintain oversight for key search tool partners• Negotiate agreements
Executive Assessment• Design and facilitate executive leadership assessment approaches aligned to Morningstar leadership model• Provide succession plan partnership and research support• Provide feedback to high potential internal talent• Develop research and report on executive talent pipelines
Experience and Skills• Track record of high quality executive delivery across multiple disciplines• Strong executive sourcing skills• Expertise in assessment design and tool application• Excellent communication skills• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills• Demonstrated knowledge of executive compensation• Experience in a global role

Total Cash Compensation Range
$161,050.00 - 289,875.00 USD Annual
Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive
