Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management Operations

  • Configure, administer, and optimize global performance processes within Workday, including goal-setting, continuous feedback, mid-year and year-end reviews, and calibration sessions, tailored to the needs of a global organization.

  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on processes, process changes, system enhancements, and best practices.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement, automation, or simplification of talent and performance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with external benchmarks and Workday enhancements to incorporate industry best practices in talent management.

Talent Data & Analytics

  • Create, refine, and maintain HR and manager dashboards and talent reports in Workday to support HR, business leaders, and executives in critical decision-making.
  • Compile and visualize key talent metrics (e.g., talent assessments, high-potential pools, succession, mobility, diversity) to articulate the organization's talent health and bench strength.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for presentation in executive forums and talent reviews.

Project Management & Change Leadership

  • Support and, at times, lead global talent and performance projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and comprehensive communications.
  • Collaborate to embed performance and talent insights into learning, succession, and development initiatives.

(Preferred) Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Performance Management, or related fields, ideally within a global matrixed organization.
  • Hands-on Workday configuration experience (Performance & Talent modules highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reports, dashboards, and functional analytics in Workday or equivalent HRIS.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
