Job summary
As a Vice President in the Credit & Fund Finance business, you will take a leadership role across the full lifecycle of transactions—identifying the opportunity set, marketing the business, and serving as the transaction-focused center of expertise from origination through execution and post-close management.

The role will be focused on the business’ highest-growth opportunities, across credit and fund financing, including:

  • Infrastructure financing, a priority growth vector where increased credibility and sector specialization are essential to spearhead a broader initiative to scale fund-level financing and related solutions. This also includes Digital infrastructure financing tied to AI adoption, including GPU assets, requiring specialized structuring expertise (e.g., long-dated contracted cash flows, collateral packages, and intercreditor frameworks) to convert opportunities efficiently and prudently
  • Sports & media financing, an emerging and durable theme as private capital increases investment in franchises and sports, media, and entertainment assets
  • Asset Backed Finance (ABF), a large component of private credit where there is an emerging need for fund finance solutions which benefits from real estate experience

Job responsibilities

  • Originate and execute credit and fund financing solutions, with a focus on infrastructure, sports financing, and/or ABF-related fund finance needs
  • Partner closely with Sales, Trading, Global Banking, and the Private Bank to define client strategy, prioritize opportunities, and drive marketing and execution
  • Support senior business in creating appropriate risk & control frameworks to analyze and approve new transactions
  • Negotiate termsheets and legal documentation on identified opportunities in close alignment with Trading partners and other internal stakeholders
  • Develop and scale infrastructure and ABF fund financing and related solutions by building sector credibility, repeatable structuring approaches, and a coordinated go-to-market with partners
  • Accelerate sports financing origination by deepening relationships with sponsors, leagues, and GPs, and building a strong partnership with Private Banking and Global Banking coverage aligned to the space
  • Manage facility monetization opportunities and client financing inquiries post-transaction, including expanding dialogue into additional Markets financing products where appropriate
  • Maintain a transaction-focused “center of expertise” role for internal partners by providing high-quality product guidance, market context, and structuring support
  • Lead structuring workstreams for complex collateral and documentation frameworks, including analysis of contracted cash flows, collateral packages, and intercreditor terms, in partnership with Trading, Global Banking, Risk, and Legal
  • Contribute to the broader Global Structuring organization across institutional structuring, financing, and solutions teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Sector specialization to support scaling initiatives in one or ideally two priority growth areas (digital infrastructure / infrastructure fund finance / sports financing / ABF), as demonstrated through relevant banking, leveraged finance or markets experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of asset managers and institutional investors, particularly private funds
  • Strong communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mentality
  • Resilience across lengthy negotiations and patience with long lead-time marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with comfort engaging across functions and seniority levels (including senior decision-makers) to demonstrate product credibility, build alignment, resolve issues, and drive execution
  • Series 7 and 63

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6-10 years in a related field (preferably credit, structuring, financing, infrastructure, sports investments, or corporate finance)
  • Demonstrated experience building cross-functional partnerships (e.g., with Global Banking and Private Banking) to drive origination and execution
