What you’ll do

  • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new clinicians have a smooth start with Heidi.

  • Conduct targeted research to support partnerships, sales opportunities, and marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics - registrations, vendor forms, booth services, shipping, swag, hotels, and travel.

  • Own timelines and budgets so our teams can focus on connecting with customers and partners.

Other things to know
  • This is a part-time position (15-20 hour per week)

Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships we want to hear from you.
