We build creative tools for the new creative class—an intelligent canvas where the best AI models enable professional craft. We're a team of ~20 who recently closed our Series A, backed by investors like Hanabi Capital, Menlo Ventures, Justin Kan, and Gabe Whaley (founder of MSCHF). Our customers include Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

We're looking to bring on our first growth designer. In this role, you'll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, working closely with product & engineering to create data-informed designs that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.

Requirements

• Obsessed with creative tools - you're proficient in at least three creative tools or have built one before

• Obsessed with AI tools - you actively use AI in your design workflow and understand how users interact with AI-powered products

• Experience working with product metrics tracking and running experiments

• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, growth experiments, and conversion funnels

• Comfortable moving between product design, marketing design, and brand work - you can design a landing page in the morning and an onboarding flow in the afternoon

• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design systems, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge to communicate effectively with engineers

• Portfolio demonstrating both beautiful visual design and measurable business impact

• Experience designing for rapid iteration - you ship to learn, not to perfect

• Deep understanding of growth metrics and frameworks (activation, retention, viral loops)

• Have designed for early-stage startups where every pixel can impact growth trajectory

• 5+ years experience
