Role

We're looking to bring on our first growth engineer. In this role, you'll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, working closely with product & design to build data-informed features that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.

Requirements

  • Obsessed with creative tools - is proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before

  • Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing of growth strategies and features.

  • Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools.

  • Comfortable with all parts of the stack — you have no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries.

  • Solid experience with React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS and modern front-end build systems (Webpack, ES6, etc).

  • Ideally familiar with production JavaScript / Node backends.

  • 5+ years experience

We're a React Next JS Typescript app using a combination of APIs and Modal for our backend.
