Own demand generation for Constrafor’s Early Pay Program and Cru.ai, developing positioning, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include paid search and social, email nurturing, content, webinars, account-based marketing, events, partner programs, CRM and marketing automation management, funnel reporting, experimentation, and sales alignment. The role also provides subcontractor market insights to Product and Sales.
Constrafor is rebuilding the financial infrastructure behind one of the largest industries on the planet and we're doing it fast! Construction moves trillions of dollars a year, yet it still runs on outdated processes, cash flow guesswork, and paperwork chaos. We're the SaaS and fintech platform fixing that, giving General Contractors and Subcontractors the tools to manage procurement and financial transactions the way modern companies actually operate. Backed by $30M+ in VC funding and scaling fast, we're not just building software, we're building the operating system for construction finance. If you want your work to have real, tangible impact on an industry that touches literally everything around you, this is that opportunity.
Constrafor is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and run the engine that brings subcontractors to our Early Pay Program and Cru.ai, our AI-enabled accounting and CFO Suite. You'll own demand generation end to end: setting strategy, launching and running campaigns yourself, and measuring what turns into pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership. We need someone who can figure out what works with subcontractors, act on it without waiting for direction, and get their hands dirty doing the work. From positioning and messaging to paid, email, events, and partner programs, you'll be the person who makes Constrafor and Cru.ai known and wanted across the subcontractor market.
📝 What You'll Do:
• Own the demand generation strategy for EPP and Cru.ai, with clear targets for leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Build, launch, and run multi-channel campaigns yourself, including email nurtures, paid search and social, content, webinars, and account-based programs aimed at subcontractor owners, controllers, and office managers.
• Develop positioning and messaging that speaks to subcontractors' real pain points: cash flow, getting paid faster, and keeping their books in order.
• Partner closely with Sales to define lead qualification and handoff criteria, align on target accounts, and make sure every lead gets followed up.
• Plan and execute Constrafor's presence at industry events, trade associations, and subcontractor community gatherings.
• Own the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and keep data clean and reporting reliable.
• Track and report on funnel performance from first touch to close, and use the data to decide where to double down and what to cut.
• Test constantly: run experiments across channels, offers, and messaging, and scale what works.
• Act as the voice of the subcontractor customer internally, sharing market and competitive insights with Product and Sales.
📈 What You Bring:
• 4–8 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company.
• A track record of building demand programs that produced measurable pipeline and revenue, and you can show the numbers.
• Individual contributor & ownership mindset: you'd rather build and launch a campaign yourself than manage someone else doing it.
• Proven ability to work independently as a solo or first marketer, setting your own priorities with limited direction or oversight.
• Experience marketing to SMBs and/or Mid Market.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and campaign analytics.
• Comfortable running paid channels, email programs, and events, and knowing which one fits the goal.
• Data driven: you track everything, understand attribution, and make decisions based on results
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Experience marketing a financial, accounting, payments, or fintech product is a strong plus
• Exposure to the construction or subcontracting industry is a plus
