Position Overview
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize conversion funnels across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with digital advertising, strong analytical skills, and a track record of improving campaign ROI through testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit

  • Build and test landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion rates for school partnerships and family outreach

  • Set up and manage email marketing automation sequences in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud

  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and email campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards

  • Manage advertising budgets and maintain target cost-per-acquisition goals

  • Create performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid digital advertising

  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $10K+ per month

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

  • Understanding of customer acquisition costs and lifetime value metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications

  • Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages, ClickFunnels)

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing

  • Background in education, healthcare, or service-driven marketing

  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution

  • Experience with programmatic advertising

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Pardot Specialist, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) a plus

Success Metrics

  • Achieve positive ROI on 2+ paid advertising channels within 90 days

  • Improve overall conversion rates by 20% within 6 months

  • Maintain cost-per-acquisition below target thresholds
