Who We Are
BuildingLink is the platform residential communities run on. For more than 25 years we have helped condos, co-ops, HOAs, and multifamily properties operate their buildings, communicate with residents, and deliver a better living experience — with 96%+ client retention and a footprint across the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the UK. New York is our largest and most dense market. Our growing product family includes core property-management software plus newer products such as TippingLink (digital staff tipping) and KeyLink.

What We Are Looking For
We are hiring an Account-Based Marketer to own revenue growth inside the Greater NYC market. You will spend most of your time deepening and expanding our existing customer relationships — selling additional products and driving portfolio penetration — and the remainder winning new logos in the same market. You'll start with the account-based program we've built in HubSpot and Salesforce and help grow it across email, digital, direct mail, events, and content. You will run focused, account-based plays: research the account, engage the right decision-makers, and move revenue forward, working closely with Customer Success and Sales.

This is an East Coast based marketing role. You'll create and nurture demand, and our Sales team will run the sales conversations. An advanced-level fluency in HubSpot is a requirement of this position.
What You'll Do

  • Own the NYC growth plan: which accounts, segments, and products to prioritize, with multiple campaigns running throughout the year
  • Grow existing customers by driving upsell and cross-sell of additional products and modules (such as KeyLink, TippingLink, and ManageHOA) and expanding single-building relationships into full management-company portfolios.
  • Win new logos through expansion plays with account-based programs aimed at priority buildings and management companies not yet on BuildingLink.
  • Build and run multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot, personalized by account, persona, and product. Utilizing AI and automations to turn it into an autonomous ABM marketing machine.
  • Use data to identify where to focus, test channels, offers, and messaging to understand what drives pipeline, and use those insights to forecast marketing impact for stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Success to spot expansion signals and coordinate timing, and with Sales on larger opportunities and handoffs.
  • Own attribution and reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

About You

  • 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing (ABM, demand generation, growth, or lifecycle), including owning a program, segment, or market on your own.
  • A track record of growing revenue inside existing accounts and generating new pipeline.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience. You build your own campaigns and are comfortable working in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Product data.
  • Analytical. You set goals in pipeline and revenue, test what works, and can explain the results.
  • A clear communicator who can tailor a message to a board member, a property manager, or a management-company executive.
  • Strong knowledge of the Greater NYC market, market terminology, and the ability to build relationships with local property and management-company decision-makers.
  • Property management or PropTech experience is a strong plus.
