At ElevenLabs, we believe AI will fundamentally change how companies grow and win customers. As an AI Automations Engineer, you'll be at the heart of that transformation—designing and building the next generation of tooling for go-to-market (GTM), Operations, and Finance teams.

This is a highly cross-functional, technical role where you’ll use your full-stack engineering skills to build systems that supercharge ElevenLabs. You’ll embed within a specific team, and work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product leaders to understand pain points, decompose ambiguous problems, and ship elegant, pragmatic solutions at speed.

As an AI Automations Engineer, you can expect to:

• Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support our revenue teams.

• Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.

• Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code.

• Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize ElevenLabs operations, and drive their development and implementation.

• Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the ElevenLabs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.

• Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.

We’re looking for exceptional engineers who are passionate about building technical systems that scale. You might be a technical start-up cofounder or a fullstack engineer who is dying to build more with AI. If this article sounds fun to you, you’re probably a good fit.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills: you’re comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed. Minimum requirements: Python, SQL.

• Builder mindset: you move fast, work independently, and don't wait for perfect specs—you uncover them through action. You have a talent for spotting patterns, identifying opportunities to automate or standardize, and translating them into scalable solutions.

• Deep product intuition: you think in terms of systems and workflows, and care about the business impact of what you build. You enjoy designing & building tools that empower internal teams to move faster and operate more independently.

• Passionate about AI: you’re eager to explore how AI can transform B2B sales, marketing, operation, and finance. You have experience working with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems.
  

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.
