Description
We are looking for a hands-on Go-to-Market Associate to support sales, marketing, events, and GTM operations for a fast-growing startup. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, highly operational, comfortable with digital tools, and excited to help build a AI start up’s operation from ground-up.
ResponsibilitiesEvent Marketing & Community Building
- Plan and execute marketing events, community gatherings, webinars, customer dinners, and startup ecosystem activities.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including audience targeting, logistics, vendors, invitations, and attendee engagement.
- Build relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and community members to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, newsletters, webinars, and additional marketing channels.
- Coordinate marketing content, campaign messaging, social media activity, and event promotions.
- Track campaign and event performance, engagement, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
Sales Development & Pipeline Support
- Support outbound sales and business development efforts through prospect research, outreach coordination, CRM updates, and meeting scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to turn inbound activity, events, and community engagement into qualified opportunities.
GTM Systems & Sales Operations
- Support and optimize GTM systems and workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com, and related platforms.
- Help improve operational processes, automate workflows, and maintain accurate data flow across sales and marketing systems.
- Experience organizing marketing events, community events, startup programs, or customer-facing gatherings.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage details from planning through follow-up.
- Background in sales development, business development, marketing operations, or other customer-facing GTM roles.
- Familiarity with GTM and operational tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Basic digital marketing experience, including email campaigns, LinkedIn management, newsletters, or content coordination.
- Creative, resourceful, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
