Profound is building the marketing platform for the age of superintelligence. As AI reshapes how information is created, discovered, and distributed, companies need a new way to understand and influence how AI systems represent them. Profound works with the world's leading brands to define and win this new era of AI search.
We are hiring a GTM Enablement Associate to sit at the intersection of our GTM Enablement and Product Ops teams. As we scale to 100+ GTM hires, every seller, CSM, and SE needs a clear, current, and credible understanding of what Profound does today, what's shipping next, and why it matters to buyers. This role keeps those two functions in lockstep and makes sure product knowledge flows cleanly from Engineering and Product into the field.
What you'll doBuild and maintain the authoritative source of truth for what Profound's product does today, how it works, and what is changing
Embed with Product and Engineering as new features ship to document capabilities, behaviors, and edge cases in real time
Translate technical capabilities into clear buyer value, positioning, and competitive differentiation
Partner closely with sales leadership to turn product knowledge into field-ready training, playbooks, demos, and launch materials
Serve as the trusted liaison between Product and the field, surfacing customer and seller feedback into the roadmap
Own product launch readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and Partners so nothing ships without a clear enablement story
Maintain documentation and knowledge systems that scale as we hire 100+ GTM team members this year
Equip AEs and Solutions Engineers to confidently demo and explain Profound's differentiation across AI search and agentic workflows
Define and track field product fluency, including time-to-competency on new releases and accuracy of field messaging
2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist role such as consulting, operations, product, marketing, or early-career GTM
Comfortable speaking with engineers and asking the right questions, without needing to understand every detail of how the product works under the hood
Excellent writer who can turn complex systems into crisp, durable documentation that the field will actually use
Able to translate technical concepts into buyer value and into clear, useful selling materials
Comfortable working in unstructured environments and bringing order to ambiguity across multiple teams
Credible partner to both engineering and sales counterparts
Energized by speed, ambiguity, and a product surface that is changing every week
This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $150,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. Profound's total compensation package includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
