About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

Legora is hiring a GTM Compensation, Planning & Performance Analyst to help build and operate the analytical infrastructure behind our global go-to-market organization.

Working within Revenue Operations, you will support three critical areas:

  1. Compensation design, rollout, and payout

  2. Target and quota setting

  3. GTM performance measurement and reporting

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, People, and other RevOps teammates to turn business objectives into clear targets, reliable incentive processes, and actionable performance insights.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically strong early-career professional who wants to develop a broad understanding of how a high-growth SaaS company plans, measures, and rewards commercial performance.

You will report to the RevOps Lead for Compensation, Planning & Performance.

What You’ll Be Doing Compensation and Incentives
  • Support the full compensation lifecycle across GTM roles from plan design and scenario modeling through rollout, administration, and payout.

  • Prepare commissions calculations, reconcile data across Salesforce, Snowflake, billing, and financial systems, and investigate discrepancies.

  • Analyze attainment, payout trends, plan costs, and incentive effectiveness to support recommendations and plan improvements.

  • Maintain accurate compensation documentation, participant records, approval workflows, and communications in partnership with RevOps, Finance, and People.

Target Setting and GTM Planning
  • Support annual and mid-year target-setting processes, translating company goals into team-, territory-, and individual-level quotas.

  • Analyze historical performance, capacity, ramp assumptions, territory potential, and OTE alignment to inform target allocation.

  • Maintain accurate quota and target records across systems, performing quality checks and resolving inconsistencies.

  • Build scenarios to evaluate how changes in headcount, productivity, or GTM priorities affect targets and capacity requirements.

Performance Analytics
  • Build and maintain reporting on attainment, productivity, pipeline, conversion, retention, and compensation efficiency.

  • Analyze performance across roles, teams, territories, cohorts, and regions to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Prepare clear, decision-ready insights for business reviews, forecasting cycles, and GTM leadership.

  • Help improve the dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operating cadences used to manage GTM performance.

Who You Are
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in an analytical environment such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth SaaS company.

  • You have strong analytical and financial-modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • You are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience with, or a strong interest in learning, SQL and Snowflake.

  • You approach detailed, high-stakes work with care and can identify inconsistencies across multiple data sources.

  • You communicate clearly and can turn complex analysis into concise conclusions.

  • You are organized and capable of coordinating recurring processes involving several stakeholders and deadlines.

  • You are curious about how SaaS businesses set targets, measure commercial performance, and design incentives.

  • You are comfortable handling sensitive compensation and employee-performance data with discretion.

  • You take ownership of your work while knowing when to raise questions, flag risks, or ask for guidance.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and accuracy remains essential.

Helpful, but Not Required
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.

  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or business-intelligence tools.

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and GTM concepts such as ARR, pipeline coverage, attainment, ramp, quota capacity, retention, and cost of sale.

  • Exposure to commissions calculations, incentive compensation, workforce planning, or financial forecasting.

  • Experience automating recurring analysis or operational workflows.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months, you will have:

  • Become a trusted analytical partner across the compensation, target-setting, and performance processes.

  • Helped deliver accurate and timely commissions cycles.

  • Improved the quality and organization of compensation and quota data.

  • Built reporting that gives stakeholders clearer visibility into GTM performance.

  • Developed a strong understanding of Legora’s commercial model and operating rhythms.

  • Identified opportunities to make recurring workflows more scalable, reliable, and automated.

Why Legora
