Own the go-to-market systems function across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Administer and govern HubSpot, orchestrate Clay and Unify integrations, design scalable workflows and lifecycle processes, prioritize high-impact improvements, document systems, and translate cross-functional needs into reliable GTM plays. The role also requires testing, QA, stakeholder enablement, and strategic use of AI and modern GTM tools.

At DBeaver, our team has a shared vision to integrate data into the routines and decision-making process of every individual. With a dedicated community of over 10 million active users worldwide who constantly inspire us, our open-source approach fuels innovation within.

We're hiring a HubSpot Systems Manager to own the systems and plays that power our go-to-market motion across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is energized by business impact, thinks strategically about sequencing and priorities, and loves making a powerful tech stack work even harder. This role reports into Marketing Director, and partners regularly with Sales and Customer Success.

Location: This role can be based remotely in the United States (ideally in the Central/Eastern U.S. time zones) or Europe; or hybrid in our offices in Belgrade, Serbia, or Budapest, Hungary.

What You'll Own:

This role owns the HubSpot/GTM Engineering function end-to-end. In your first year, success looks like:

  • A clearly mapped set of GTM motions across our tech stack, with a documented point of view on what drives results and what doesn't.
  • A cleaned and well-governed HubSpot environment (250K+ contacts) where every property has a defined purpose, owner, and lifecycle, and unused properties are retired.
  • Marketing, Sales, and CS teams operating confidently inside HubSpot with clear, documented workflows.
  • Cohesive GTM plays running across HubSpot, Clay, and Unify, triggering in sync to drive measurable pipeline and lifecycle impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate our GTM tech stack with strategic intent. Lead HubSpot administration and the orchestration between HubSpot, Clay, and Unify. You are able to get the most out of what we have. When recommending changes, the business case is clear.
  • Prioritize for business impact. Identify the highest-leverage problems (the "fires that block the team") and sequence work logically. You know what must exist in systems and workflows before the next step is built.
  • Build clean, scalable systems. Design workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, and integrations that hold up under a 250K+ contact PLG motion. You are comfortable producing regular documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Translate Marketing, Sales, and CS needs into systems and plays. You are the trusted operator who unblocks teams.
  • Ship work that's ready. Test, QA, and review your own output before handing it off. You see feedback as a tool for better outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • Deep HubSpot experience in a high-volume environment (ideally 100K+ contacts) inside a PLG motion, with clear personal ownership of outcomes vs. a company where the work was distributed.
  • Strategic, business-impact mindset. You prioritize based on what moves the business, not what's most comfortable in your skill set. You are passionate about building, experimenting, and learning.
  • Logical, sequenced thinking. You can articulate dependencies and the order in which work must happen.
  • Comfort with AI and agentic workflows across modern GTM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail. You test and review your own work before it goes to others.
  • Coachability and openness to feedback. You see feedback as constructive, collaborative input.
  • Genuine excitement about a powerful GTM stack. You're energized by mastering tools like Clay and Unify.

Our GTM Tech Stack:

  • Tools you will “own” in your daily work: HubSpot CRM full suite, Clay, and Unify
  • Supporting tools: Fathom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Video, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, Claude.ai, Perplexity, Grammarly, Slack, etc.
  • Data Tooling: DBeaver / CloudBeaver

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience scaling GTM systems at a startup
  • SQL fluency and HubSpot data management experience using tools like DBeaver or CloudBeaver
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering for system automation and workflow optimization

Skills Can Be Learned, But Passion Can't: Don't worry if your resume doesn't tick every box. If you're a HubSpot pro who drives business impact, we encourage you to apply.
