We are hiring a GTM Engineer to own and scale monday’s go-to-market growth infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating the systems, tooling, and workflows that identify demand, capture signals, and convert them into scalable revenue across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
This is a highly hands-on role for a builder. You will operate at the intersection of GTM strategy, data, automation, and AI, functioning as a product manager for the GTM organization. Your mission: turn fragmented signals into repeatable, automated growth engines.
• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Growth PM, Marketing Engineering, Revenue Engineering, or GTM Systems roles.
• Proven experience building, training, and maintaining AI agents or automated decision systems at scale.
• Strong analytical foundation—comfortable working with large, messy datasets and extracting signal from noise.
• Deep fluency in automation, scoring models, segmentation, experimentation, and full-funnel analysis.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, prioritized actions that drive revenue impact.
• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools; light coding ability is a strong plus.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience (building from zero to one) is a plus.
• Constant learner with strong awareness of emerging GTM and AI technologies.
