About InstaLILY

InstaLILY AI deploys specialized AI teammates, InstaWorkers, that execute actual work inside the enterprise systems of large sales, service, and operations teams. We’re Series A ($25M, Insight Partners), supported by the Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft ecosystems. We’re focused on distribution-heavy, regulated industries: industrial distribution, healthcare supply chain, and manufacturing.

The Role

You’ll fully own InstaLILY’s events program: hosted summits, exec dinners, fireside chats, mixers, Tech Week programming, Women in AI gatherings, and our presence at industry conferences and expos. You’ll work closely with Growth and GTM teams to tie every event to a business outcome — who we want to meet, what we want to leave with, and how we measure success. This is not pure event-planning. Every event connects to pipeline, brand, or both.
This internship also offers the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.

What You’ll Do
  • Own InstaLILY-hosted events end-to-end: venue logistics, vendor coordination (catering, AV, swag), registration platforms (Luma, Partiful), invite list curation, and run-of-show
  • Coordinate our presence at industry conferences and expos (e.g., MODEX, ISM World, Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE): team attendance, booth logistics, partner meetings, and post-event follow-up
  • Partner with the Brand & Content team on pre-event promo, on-site content, and post-event recaps
  • Work with the Women in AI program on curated events and community programming
  • Track event ROI: costs, attendance, meetings generated, pipeline influenced
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain an event budget
What You’ll Need
  • 0–2 years of professional experience. New grads welcome; strong internships or extracurricular event experience count
  • High-ownership mindset. You’re organized, proactive, and finish what you start without being asked twice
  • Comfortable with details and logistics without losing sight of the bigger GTM goal
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You’ll be emailing executives, vendors, and partners
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace. Event schedules shift, and you roll with it
  • Curious about AI and enterprise tech. You’ll be in the room with operators at our industry events
What You’ll Get
  • Proven product: Customers are live; this isn’t a bet on an unproven thesis
  • AI-native: In how we build, how we work, and what we sell
  • Visibility: Your work is visible from day one — executives, customers, and the industry will see what you put together
  • Stage: Early enough to shape how the company scales
  • Global: Based in New York with offices in SF and London
  • Culture: Sharp, low-ego team that keeps raising the bar
  • Growth: The learning curve is steep
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $3,500 per month, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: In-office lunch reimbursement
Quality Over Quantity

To ensure a focused, high-quality hiring experience, we kindly ask candidates to limit their applications to 3 open requisitions at any given time. Applying strategically to roles that best align with your skills and career goals gives you the highest chance of standing out. Have you interviewed with us in the past 12 months? We encourage you to reach out directly to your previous interviewer rather than submitting a new application.

Instalily is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please let us know, and we will work with you to meet your needs.
