Coach Growth Analysts and own customer lifecycle from zero-to-one pilots through post-pilot expansion. Run workshops, POCs, QBRs and executive briefings; drive customer outcomes, identify expansion signals, escalate strategic decisions, translate customer feedback into product input, contribute playbooks, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Own and execute integrated marketing: develop quarterly roadmaps, ghostwrite executive social content, run omni-channel pipelines, produce events, translate product demos into campaigns, coordinate cross-functional production, build community, and track full-funnel analytics to drive awareness and GTM pipeline.

Manage post-pilot enterprise customer accounts, drive expansion through strategic use case identification, and collaborate cross-functionally for customer success and transformation.

Design and implement polished, production-ready front-end experiences and design systems in code. Build UI across chat, voice, copilots, and agentic workflows, improve tooling and prototyping, ensure accessibility, performance, and visual quality, and collaborate closely with design and engineering to turn prototypes into shipped products.

Partner with the COO to extend capacity across customers, PE/portfolio partnerships, and revenue-driving deals. Lead commercial execution, represent the COO in high-stakes meetings, translate strategy into executable plans, own operating cadence, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.

Own InstaLILY's events program end-to-end: plan hosted summits, dinners, mixers, and conference presence; manage vendors, venues, registration platforms, invite lists, and budgets; partner with Brand & Content and Women in AI; track event ROI and pipeline impact; coordinate post-event follow-up and on-site execution.

Build and run the GTM engine: design and iterate outbound experiments, build ICP scoring and intent pipelines, own prospecting/enrichment stack, automate CRM data integrity, extend AI-native workflows for reps, and deliver dashboards tying activity to ARR.

Lead and scale the Pharma business unit at InstaLILY by leveraging existing accounts, creating a sales playbook, and ensuring AI compliance in pharma operations.

The Growth & Business Analyst II will engage with clients, analyze market trends, support deal strategies, and enhance product knowledge to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lead the Field Services business unit, driving growth, creating operational strategies, and ensuring customer success with a focus on AI integration.
