You'll join our go-to-market team and work directly with leadership on pipeline. This is a hands-on sales role. You'll be on the phone, in the inbox, and in front of customers from your first week.

What you'll do
  • Cold calling: Call talent acquisition and HR leaders at retail and enterprise companies, start real conversations, and book meetings.

  • Outbound: Research target accounts, build prospect lists, and write personalized email and LinkedIn sequences that get replies.

  • Demand gen: Help run campaigns, events and webinars, and turn engagement into qualified pipeline.

  • Working with customers: Join discovery calls and demos, take notes, follow up, and learn what makes our buyers say yes.

  • Improving the playbook: Track what works in the CRM and share what you learn so the team gets better each week.

What we're looking for
  • You're comfortable picking up the phone and hearing "no" without slowing down.

  • You write clearly and concisely.

  • You're curious about how companies hire and why they buy software.

  • You're organized and self-driven, and you take ownership of your numbers.

  • Bonus: past experience in sales, recruiting, customer-facing roles, or anything where you had to hustle.
