OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Analytics Lead to join our centralized Revenue Operations team and serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone with deep experience in go-to-market strategy, business operations, and analytics.

This role is responsible for helping the business understand, measure, and improve performance across the entire revenue funnel, from top-of-funnel engagement to pipeline, bookings, and retention. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with analytical horsepower, and has a proven track record of driving cross-functional planning and decision-making.

You’ll lead initiatives that sharpen how we forecast, invest, and execute our go-to-market motions. As the right-hand to our Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll be a thought partner on the most important questions facing our revenue organization. If you’re energized by complex, high-impact problems and enjoy working at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy, this is a high-leverage opportunity to help shape how Modern Treasury grows.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Understand functional performance and set strategy

  • Own reporting and insights across the GTM funnel, from awareness to retention and expansion.

  • Build dashboards and business reviews that help leaders understand what’s working and where to focus.

  • Define the metrics and indicators that inform planning, goal-setting, and strategic decision-making.

  • Lead analytical workstreams that inform coverage models, segmentation, sales capacity planning, and investment tradeoffs.

Drive operational excellence

  • Embed insights into GTM operating cadences including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly planning.

  • Improve how we plan and execute by supporting initiatives like account tiering, lead routing, and performance benchmarking.

  • Partner with Data to ensure systems and tooling support self-serve visibility and trusted reporting.

  • Help drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance on definitions, targets, and performance metrics.

Accelerate customer value and business growth

  • Identify and quantify opportunities to increase conversion, reduce friction, and improve how we go to market.

  • Support pricing, packaging, and channel strategy with structured analysis and modeling.

  • Shape how we prioritize markets, segments, and motions based on customer value and ROI.

  • Deliver executive-ready insights that connect GTM performance to business outcomes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and working side-by-side with operators to solve complex problems. You thrive in environments where you can shape strategy while staying close to the systems, data, and processes that drive performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-10 years of experience at high-growth B2B software companies, ideally in GTM strategy and analytics, business operations, strategic finance, or management consulting.

  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience manipulating large datasets and building financial or operational models. Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex is preferred.

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other GTM systems such as HubSpot or PostHog, with the ability to navigate data structures and extract insights, rather than manage configurations.

  • Proven experience supporting GTM investment decisions, designing executive-facing dashboards and reporting, and leading data-informed prioritization across teams.

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES

  • High intellectual curiosity. Strong willingness and intrinsic desire to learn new things.

  • Rigorous analytical problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to drive thorough and trusted insights to complex business problems, often with complex datasets and systems.

  • Strong business acumen. Ability to quickly scale up understanding and mastery of the business, and apply critical thinking to leverage new insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills. Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication. Ability to exert influence with senior leaders when appropriate.

  • Collaborative by nature. Leans to working cross-functionally to solve long-term, high-yield projects, but also demonstrates judgment on when to move fast solo.

  • Tolerance for adversity & uncertainty. Passionate about tackling new, ambiguous challenges with a positive, growth mindset.
