About the Role:

What You'll Do

Business Systems Engineering & Architecture

  • Oversee the design, implementation and deployment of Salesforce, CPQ and other business systems including production support.
  • Demonstrate big-picture and technical thought leadership. Hands on technical architecture and design expertise on building innovative and transformative solutions at scale.
  • Responsible for platform security, Salesforce Org health, system performance and monitoring, Data, UX, API strategy and integration strategy with third party apps and enterprise systems.
  • Help build reusable assets for use, Buy vs Build analysis & software selection evaluations.
  • Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) using Salesforce and other technologies.
  • Develop and author technical business solutions, system architecture diagrams, presentations, and effectively communicate the technology vision and solutions at all levels in the organization.

Build and Automate GTM Workflows

  • Automate manual GTM processes end-to-end, from lead enrichment and account research to pipeline hygiene and outbound sequencing, using AI agents, no-code/low-code tools, and custom integrations.
  • Build event-driven automation across the GTM stack using Airtable, Clay, Zapier, n8n, and similar tools, always asking "how do we make this scale?" rather than "how do we make this work once?"

Connect and Maintain GTM Data Flows

  • Keep clean, reliable data moving between core GTM systems like Salesforce, Databricks, enrichment tools, and downstream platforms like Gong and Outreach.
  • Use Hightouch and Fivetran to operationalize warehouse data across the GTM stack.

Develop AI-Powered Systems

  • Leverage LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build intelligent automations for outbound, enrichment, account research, and internal workflows.
  • Think in terms of "signal → insight → action": ingest intent data, score accounts, and route intelligence to the right reps at the right time.

Who You Are

  • Background in software engineering, data engineering, or a technical IC role.
  • 8-10 years of Salesforce experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Understanding of configuration, data model / architecture and security model
  • Hands-on experience with building custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce and LWC
  • Broad IT background and sound business acumen including business architecture, technical architecture, software/systems engineering, cloud computing, and the software development process (SDLC)
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of GTM processes
  • Solid experience integrating applications using platforms like MuleSoft/Workato
  • Strong understanding and experience with implementing modern applications at scale
  • Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred
  • Analytical skills to understand business problems and propose best technical solution
  • Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment and Governor limits
  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering, or a closely related technical domain.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar).

Success Looks Like

  • The GTM team runs on clean, reliable systems; data quality is high, processes are automated, and reps spend their time selling, not fixing data.
  • The Salesforce org is healthy, secure, and documented - no surprises, no tech debt backlog that keeps growing.
  • Every manual GTM process you inherit has a clear automation path forward.
  • GTM leadership trusts you as their technical partner; they bring you problems early because they know you'll solve them.

Apply
If you have owned GTM systems at a high-growth company and can show us the architecture you built, the automations you shipped, and the business problems you solved we want to talk. Come ready to walk us through a system you designed from scratch and what you'd do differently now.
