The stunning resort will feature 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

As a Guest Experience and VIP Services Coordinator, you’re not just supporting guest services operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Reach out to guests prior to arrival via PREA email system to assist guest in itinerary planning for their vacation at Conrad Orlando.
  • Will assist in booking transportation, restaurant reservations (onsite and offsite), and various guest activations.
  • Answer concierge phone calls to assist in-house guests with needs.
  • Assist VIP Concierge team at the desk when experiencing high volume.
  • Creation of hotel VIP log and organization of amenities in partnership with IRD.
