Provide world-class guest service at an RH guesthouse: prepare and serve beverages, take in-room and table orders using POS, maintain clean, stocked service areas, answer guest questions, and assist with restocking and cleaning duties.

RH is seeking a Guesthouse Hospitality Support Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of the service area
- Provide perfectly poured coffee, tea, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu
- Answer calls & guest requests for in-room service and enter orders in the POS accurately
- Run food and beverages to tables, guest rooms and rooftop deck while interacting with guests to ensure they feel welcomed
- Explaining to guests food and beverage items listed on the menu, including ingredients and methods of preparation
- Ensure the common areas, dining area and overall environment are presentable throughout the course of the day
- Answer guest questions with regards to the property, and connect guests with appropriate RH associates to assist with other services
- Additional responsibilities include restocking product, glassware, china, and syrups; cleaning and sanitizing the bar area; ringing in associate meals; maintaining beverage storage; and polishing glassware.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in the service industry is preferred
- Proper alcohol and food certifications specific to State Laws
- Must be of legal age per state law to serve alcohol
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with Micros or a similar POS system
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates
