Role Description

GFiber is seeking a strategic, market-driven Head of B2B Commercial Product Manager to own the lifecycle, commercial strategy, and growth of our B2B Connectivity portfolio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and commercial execution, ensuring our Internet and connectivity solutions align with the evolving needs of both Small & Medium Businesses (SMB) and Enterprise clients.  You will be the commercial product architect behind our high-capacity and advanced Internet solutions, specifically tailored for mid-market to large-scale Enterprise clients, multi-site corporations, and key verticals.  Your success will be measured by portfolio P&L health, market penetration, and customer growth.  Working closely with Sales & Operations, you will support the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and operational execution of the Commercial product portfolio.

In this role, you'll:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for next-generation enterprise connectivity solutions
  • Establish scalable and flexible pricing structures, service level agreements, and value-based solutions for the Commercial segment
  • Lead cross-functional GTM strategies designed for long, complex enterprise sales cycles with high-touch sales enablement
  • Develop specialized fulfillment orchestration, service management, and service assurance processes for the enterprise segment
  • Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share for commercial portfolio; develop robust business cases for network and product investments and development efforts

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar
  • 8 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or solutions architecture within the Telecom, Tier 1 Carrier, or Enterprise Managed Service Provider industries
  • 6 years of Telecom experience 
  • Experience with high-end Internet connectivity and networking solutions
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders internally and building relationships with enterprise CIOs/CTOs externally

It's preferred if you have:

  • 10 years of building and growing business and customer base experience with managing customer expectations and relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or operations experience, ideally focused on acquiring residential and commercial businesses.
  • Prior experience in roles that used project management, business judgment, experiment design, analytical and quantitative skills at an internet service provider (ISP) or telecommunications company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $164,000 - $241,100 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
